Amandine Gay divides her time between creation and advocacy. A director-producer (Speak Up – 2017; A Story of One’s Own – 2021), author (A Chocolate Doll – 2022), and activist (founder of Adoptees’ Month in 2018), she defines herself as a political creator, given the multifaceted nature of her work. In 2025, Ballroom, her first documentary series, is being broadcast on the France Télévisions platform, while Vivre, libre, her second autobiographical essay addressing white supremacy, is published by La Découverte.
